Extensión AVAM
A space that is built as a connecting node between visual artists and society in general, for the better understanding and participation of creative activity. A means for participation, the generation of fabric and knowledge as an engine of social, cultural and economic wealth.
AVAM Extension is a space managed by Associated Visual Artists of Madrid that offers artists the possibility of presenting their projects in an environment open to the creation of new networks, becoming a platform of visibility and exchange for the creator.
The AVAM window is a light box as a showcase for the work of the partners, which allows small-format interventions. These interventions must conform to the following measurements: Height 95 cm x Width 80 cm x Depth 16 cm. The type of intervention may be photography, sculpture, installation, collage, etc. Each project will be exhibited for a month, during the center’s usual opening hours. The AVAM window is located at the entrance to the AVAM Extension.
