Araceli López
Madrid, 1978. Studied Communication Technology, Graphic Design and 3D Studio Max expert grade. In the language of dance she trained in several schools such as Amor de Dios, Bambú Danza or Descalzinha Danza, and has been pupil of dancers such as Lola Mayo, Francesc Bravo, Pau Aran, Camille Hanson and Esther Eiras Taboada (from Cia. Martha Graham) among others. In the field of visual and plastic arts she has been carrying out a research process for years in which she tries to encode the line, turning it into a pictogram of the idea or the poem. In 2018, after having written on several blogs, she published the poetry book “Mirar o parecido”. Has collaborated with the Lacanian Circle James Joyce, with several groups and art projects, and with radio programs such as El Estado Mental, OMCRadio or the Nacional University of Colombia´s radio UNIMEDIOS developing dance-performance projects, with poetry, drawings, paintings, audiovisual or photografy works. In 2019 she joined Denissea Nadeauh to create the CONJUNTAS P-r-y-c-t-s group dedicated to action-performance and began as Video Art festival PROYECTOR ´s coordinator.
